- 1 lb Ground Beef lean
- 1 cup Oats quick-cooking
- 1 Egg beaten
- 1 cup Milk low-fat
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 cup Onion chopped
- ½ cup Ketchup
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, oats, beaten egg, milk, salt, pepper, and chopped onion. Mix well.
Press the mixture into a loaf pan and spread the ketchup on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
Let the meatloaf rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
