- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup kale
- 1 banana
- 1 apple, cored and chopped
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Add spinach, kale, banana, apple, frozen berries, almond milk, and chia seeds to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
