  • 2 cups fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1 cup cooked ham, diced
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • ½ cup macadamia nuts, chopped
  • ½ cup green onions, chopped
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. In a large bowl, combine pineapple, ham, coconut, macadamia nuts, and green onions.
  2. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
