- 2 cups fresh pineapple, diced
- 1 cup cooked ham, diced
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- ½ cup macadamia nuts, chopped
- ½ cup green onions, chopped
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a large bowl, combine pineapple, ham, coconut, macadamia nuts, and green onions.
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
