Salad Ingredients
- 4 cups Mixed Greens washed and dried
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 1 cup Cucumber sliced
- 0.25 cup Red Onion thinly sliced
- 0.25 cup Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
Serve immediately.
