Green Pea Salad with Cheddar Cheese

- 2 cups Green Peas frozen or fresh
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- ¼ cup Red Onion finely chopped
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper freshly ground
In a mixing bowl, combine the green peas, cheddar cheese, and red onion.
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and lemon juice.
Pour the dressing over the pea mixture and toss to coat.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
