Dressing Ingredients
- ½ cup Olive oil
- ¼ cup Red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
Whisk until well combined and emulsified.
