Dry Ingredients
- 2 cups Gluten-Free Flour
- 1 cup Coconut Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- ½ teaspoon Baking Soda
- ½ teaspoon Salt
Wet Ingredients
- 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
- ½ cup Almond Milk or any plant-based milk
- ¼ cup Coconut Oil melted
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease your donut pan.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together all the dry ingredients.
In another bowl, mix together all the wet ingredients.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
Fill the donut pan with the batter.
Bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let the donuts cool on a cooling rack before serving.
