Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Gluten-free flour
- 1 cup Coconut sugar
- ½ cup Cocoa powder unsweetened
- ½ cup Coconut oil melted
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon Baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ½ cup Almond milk or any plant-based milk
- ½ cup Dark chocolate chips vegan
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, coconut sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
Add the melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and almond milk to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the brownies cool in the pan before cutting into squares. Enjoy!
