  • 1 cup Cornmeal
  • 1 cup Gluten-free flour
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Almond milk or any plant-based milk
  • ¼ cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cornmeal, gluten-free flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the almond milk, vegetable oil, and apple cider vinegar.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
