  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine gluten-free flour, sugar, and salt.
  2. 2. Add cold, cubed butter to the dry ingredients. Use a pastry cutter or your hands to mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. 3. Gradually add ice water, one tablespoon at a time, until the dough comes together.
  4. 4. Form the dough into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. 5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. 6. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Place it on a baking sheet.
  7. 7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
