  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3 units Eggs
  • 2 units Oranges zested and juiced
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a cake pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add the orange zest, orange juice, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
