- 1.5 cups Gluten-free graham cracker crumbs
- 0.5 cup Butter, melted
Toppings
- 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup Butterscotch chips
- 1 cup Sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup Chopped nuts (optional)
- 1 can Sweetened condensed milk
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to form a crust.
Sprinkle the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, shredded coconut, and chopped nuts evenly over the crust.
Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
Allow to cool completely in the pan before cutting into bars.
