  • 1 scoop protein powder vanilla flavor
  • 1 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil melted
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the coconut flour, protein powder, and baking powder.
  2. In another bowl, mix the eggs, almond milk, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour ¼ cup of batter for each pancake.
  5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
