In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, and melted butter. Combine with the dry ingredients until smooth.
Pour the batter into the preheated waffle iron and cook until golden brown.
For the chicken, soak the chicken breasts in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Remove the chicken from the buttermilk and dredge in the flour mixture. Fry until golden brown and cooked through.
