Crust Ingredients
- 2 cups Gluten-Free Flour
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Water Warm
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, shredded mozzarella, dried oregano, dried basil, and salt.
Add the warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread it out to form a pizza crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
