Ingredients

  • 2 cups Gluten-Free Flour
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Water Warm
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, shredded mozzarella, dried oregano, dried basil, and salt.
  3. Add the warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread it out to form a pizza crust.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
