- 2 cups Gluten-free flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Baking soda
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Applesauce
- ½ cup Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2 cups Diced apples
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add the applesauce, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in the diced apples.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
