Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • ½ cup Milk
  • ½ cup All-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 Apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, flour, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add apple slices and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  4. Pour the batter over the apples in the skillet. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pancake is puffed and golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
