Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup Shredded lettuce
- 1 cup Diced tomatoes
- 1 cup Shredded carrots
- 1 cup Sliced bell peppers
- ½ cup Hummus
1. Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface.
2. Spread a thin layer of hummus on each tortilla.
3. Evenly distribute the lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, and bell peppers on top of the hummus.
4. Roll up the tortillas tightly and slice them in half if desired.
5. Serve immediately or wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for later.
