Main Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh tuna diced
- ½ cup lime juice freshly squeezed
- ¼ cup red onion finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño seeded and finely chopped
- ¼ cup cilantro chopped
- 1 avocado diced
- 1 teaspoon salt to taste
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced tuna, lime juice, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
2. Let the mixture marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
3. Before serving, gently fold in the diced avocado and season with salt to taste.
4. Serve chilled with tortilla chips or on its own.
