  • 1 Cucumber sliced
  • ½ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup Fresh Basil chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes, sliced cucumber, and thinly sliced red onion.
  2. 2. Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar.
  3. 3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
