Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Fresh Tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 pieces Red Chilies, chopped
  • 1 piece Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vinegar

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add the chopped tomatoes and red chilies. Cook for 10-15 minutes until tomatoes are soft.
  4. Add salt, sugar, and vinegar. Stir well and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Let the mixture cool slightly, then blend until smooth.
  6. Return to the saucepan and simmer for another 5 minutes. Adjust seasoning if needed.
