Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add the chopped onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
Add the chopped tomatoes and red chilies. Cook for 10-15 minutes until tomatoes are soft.
Add salt, sugar, and vinegar. Stir well and cook for another 5 minutes.
Let the mixture cool slightly, then blend until smooth.
Return to the saucepan and simmer for another 5 minutes. Adjust seasoning if needed.
