Ingredients

  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. 1. Combine strawberries, sugar, water, and lemon juice in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. 2. Pour the mixture into a shallow, freezer-safe container.
  3. 3. Freeze for about 2 hours, then scrape with a fork to break up ice crystals.
  4. 4. Repeat scraping every 30 minutes until the granita is fully frozen and fluffy, about 2 more hours.
