Pie Filling
- 6 cups peeled and sliced pears
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Pie Crust
- 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine pears, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Mix well.
Place one pie crust in a pie dish. Pour the pear mixture into the crust.
Cover with the second pie crust. Seal the edges and cut slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
Let cool before serving.
