Fresh No-Bake Fruit Pie
A refreshing no-bake fruit pie that's perfect for summer.

Crust
- 2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
- ½ cup Melted Butter
Filling
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Topping
- 2 cups Mixed Fresh Fruit sliced
1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press into a pie dish to form the crust.
2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream.
4. Spread the filling over the crust. Top with sliced fresh fruit.
5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
