Main Ingredients
- 8 oz Pasta any short pasta
- 8 oz Fresh mozzarella cubed
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
- ¼ cup Basil chopped
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooled pasta, mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, and basil.
3. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Toss to combine.
4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for later.
