- 4 cups Broccoli florets chopped
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- ½ cup Red onion diced
- ½ cup Dried cranberries
- ¼ cup Sunflower seeds
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Honey
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, diced red onion, dried cranberries, and sunflower seeds.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and honey until smooth.
Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
