Eggnog Recipe
A classic holiday drink that's creamy, rich, and spiced just right.

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups milk
- 5 eggs separated
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
In a saucepan, heat milk over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
In a mixing bowl, whisk egg yolks and sugar until thick and pale.
Gradually add hot milk to egg mixture, whisking constantly.
Return mixture to saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in cream, vanilla, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Fold into eggnog mixture.
Chill before serving. Garnish with additional nutmeg if desired.
