Main Ingredients
- 2 pieces Cucumbers sliced
- 0.5 cup Red Onion thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons Vinegar white or apple cider
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill chopped
1. Slice the cucumbers and red onion thinly.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
3. Add the sliced cucumbers and red onion to the bowl and toss to coat.
4. Sprinkle with fresh dill and mix gently.
5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
