  • 6 cups Potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Dill Pickles, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ½ cup Celery, chopped
  • ¼ cup Red Onion, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the potatoes in a large pot until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, dill pickles, mustard, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Add the cooled potatoes, celery, and red onion to the bowl. Mix well.
  4. 4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
