Main Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- ½ cup Heavy Cream
- 4 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Steam cauliflower florets until tender, about 10 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, combine steamed cauliflower, cheddar cheese, heavy cream, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, until top is golden and bubbly.
Let cool slightly before serving.
