  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups peeled and chopped apples

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the creamed mixture, mixing just until combined.
  5. Fold in the chopped apples. Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
