- 2 ripe bananas
- 0.25 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon honey optional
Mash the bananas in a bowl.
Add chia seeds, almond milk, vanilla extract, and honey.
Mix well and let sit for 10 minutes.
Stir again and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
