Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Rainbow Trout cleaned and gutted
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill chopped
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly grease it with olive oil.
3. Place the cleaned and gutted rainbow trout on the prepared baking sheet.
4. Drizzle the trout with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
5. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the trout and sprinkle with chopped fresh dill.
6. Fold the aluminum foil over the trout to create a sealed packet.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the trout is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
8. Remove from the oven and carefully open the foil packet. Serve hot.
