Ingredients 

Filling

  • 6 cups Apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ¼ cup Raisins
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

Dough

  • 2 cups All-purpose Flour
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 cup Water Warm
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine apples, sugar, cinnamon, raisins, and lemon juice. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour and salt. Gradually add warm water and oil, kneading until smooth. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface until very thin. Spread the apple mixture evenly over the dough.
  5. Carefully roll the dough into a log and place it on a greased baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool before slicing.
