Apple Jicama Coleslaw

- 2 cups Shredded Cabbage
- 1 cup Julienned Jicama
- 1 cup Julienned Apple
- ¼ cup Chopped Cilantro
- ¼ cup Lime Juice
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage, jicama, and apple.
Add chopped cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Toss everything together until well combined.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
