  • 1 cup Julienned Apple
  • ¼ cup Chopped Cilantro
  • ¼ cup Lime Juice

  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage, jicama, and apple.
  2. Add chopped cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
