Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Then add the apple cider and vanilla extract.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn it out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
For the cinnamon sugar coating, mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Brush the melted butter over the cooled cake and sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the top.
