Instructions

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Using a mandoline slicer, thinly slice the apples.
  4. Arrange the apple slices on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon over the apple slices, if using.
  6. Bake for 1.5 hours, flipping the slices halfway through.
  7. Let the apple chips cool completely before serving.
