- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ cup Unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- ½ cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2 cups Apples, peeled and chopped
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in milk and vanilla.
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in chopped apples.
Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
