Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the diced apples, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
Roll out the pie crusts and cut into circles using a cookie cutter or a glass.
Place a spoonful of the apple mixture in the center of each circle. Fold the dough over to create a half-moon shape and seal the edges with a fork.
Brush the tops of the pies with the beaten egg.
Place the pies in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let cool slightly before serving.
