Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 Apples peeled, cored, and diced
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 package Refrigerated Pie Crusts 2 crusts
  • 1 Egg beaten

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced apples, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
  3. Roll out the pie crusts and cut into circles using a cookie cutter or a glass.
  4. Place a spoonful of the apple mixture in the center of each circle. Fold the dough over to create a half-moon shape and seal the edges with a fork.
  5. Brush the tops of the pies with the beaten egg.
  6. Place the pies in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
